3. Hauling units are equipped with GPS (Global Positioning System) which can ensure operational activities can run effectively and efficiently.
4. Improving the competence of all levels of the Plant Division through training and training so that trouble handling and analysis of settlements run quickly and accurately referring to Safety, Health and Environment Standards.
5. PT.Lancarjaya Mitra Abadi has an Elma Monitoring Control Center (EMCC) which functions to monitor operational implementation and unit readiness every day.
6. PT.Lancarjaya Mitra Abadi implements Driver Management Systems (DMS), namely a system for processing and developing drivers or operators. The DMS module contains an introduction to the types of units, safe operating techniques, company policies regarding the environment, rules of conduct, duties and responsibilities so that drivers and operators are expected to understand their roles and functions within the company.

PT.Lancarjaya Mitra Abadi manages operations, Coal Hauling, on site using a journey management system starting from hauling road hazard analysis, P5M, P2H, GPS tracking, supervision efficiency, fuel management, speed control, safety patrol, fatigue management, daily tire check, daily washing plan, periodic service, and reporting management.
8. PT.Lancarjaya Mitra Abadi already has a pit stop area, which is an area prepared for drivers to be able to rest for a while to reduce fatigue. Besides that, we can check and repair the condition of our unit.
9. PT.Lancarjaya Mitra Abadi has implemented management of B3 waste (toxic and hazardous materials) by recycling the waste through a third party company registered with the Ministry of Environment.
